The RLS series of heat recovery chillers of Shenling is developed
accompanied with many years' R&D experience and latest
technology. The recovery chiller has three functions,
refrigeration, heating and hot-water preparation.
1. Multi-function: The refrigeration-only type of recovery chillers
can recover the condensing heat ( optional) and make 40 ~ 60hot
water for user during refrigerating in the summer. The heat pup
type of heat recovery chillers have three functions, refrigeration,
heating and hot water making. It can offer hot water for the users
during refrigerating or heating.
2. The heat recovery device we added can increase heat exchanger
area of the unit, which improve the effect of heat transfer and cut
down the energy consumption. The comprehensive performance factor
of the air-cooled heat recovery chillers can reached 3.5 ~ 3.9. The
comprehensive performance factor of the water-cooled heat recovery
chillers can reached 5.6~ 6.3.
3. There are two types of compressor for selection. The
RLS/RLSF/RLSR families of heat recovery chillers utilize the most
advanced import twin-rotor screw semi-hermetic compressor with 5:6
teeth ratio. The unloading energy control device of the compressor
can realize multi-grade and stepless energy adjustment. The
RLS/RLSF/RLSR families of heat recovery chillers utilize import
scroll hermetic compressor with virtues of high efficiency, low
operating sound, little vibration, reliable performance, long life,
etc.
4. The units are equipped with the micro-computer control system
with functions of safe protection, communication, failure judgment
automatic adaptation, etc.
E The heat recovery chillers with small footprint and compact
pipeline design only need add water pips outside. All of those
benefits make the units easy to be installed and maintained.
