The ZK series of the modular air handling unit is one of our new
type air-handling equipments which are independently developed by
Shenling accompanied with many years' R&D experience of the
central air-conditioning products. The ZK series of the modular air
handling unit possesses many advantages, such as compact design,
attractive appearance, easy installation& maintenance, good
rigidity, low air leakage rate and so on.
1. Extensive use
This series unit can meet the needs of a wide range of air volume.
It air flow rate ranges from 4000 m3 / h to 200000m3 / h
2. Free combination of multiple air handling section
There are many sections for selection: the primary efficiency fresh
air return section, cooling-coil water-resistant section, heating
section, humidifier section, secondary air return section, fan
section, muffler section, medium efficiency filter section,
sterilization Section and heat recovery section. Different
combination can meet different requirements.
3. Attractive outlook
The ZK series adopting high-quality steel plate have smooth surface
and high-performance outer plate which is anti-corrosion and
ultraviolet light resistance. The units have clear and smooth
appearance. The casing of the units installs steel skeleton inside,
so that the mechanical strength can reach CEN CLASS 2A grade.
4. Fine air tightness
The units have special design and adopt high-quality rubber seals,
so that the air leakage rate is less than 1%. That performance is
far better than national standards.
5. No cold bridge
We use unique anti-cold-bridge aluminum alloy and double panels.
The high-pressure polyurethane insulating layer is used in the
middle. The foaming density of the polyurethane is more than
48kg/m3 and the thermal conductivity is 0.0195W/m2 ℃.The factors of
the cold bridge can reach TB2 level in the EN1886 standard.
6. Modular design
The ZK series of the modular air handling unit adopt modular design
and its dimension changes according to the module. Other standard
parts are the same. The structure is compact and the combination of
the modules is flexible.

need of the customer, so that we can ensure each unit can run
